I can't figure out how to lock the case, but it does come with 2 keys. Wood case and lensometer have several scratches but fully functional. The lensometer is held in position by a wood bracket as seen in photo 7 not in photo 6 and 2 screws which lock the base to the case photo comes with 2 extra bulbs.
