The headband is in excellent condition and fully adjustable to fit all size heads.

The optics are clear and the headset adjusts as designed. The case is padded and closes tight. Comes complete with the Mentor indirect ophthalmoscope, Mentor adjustable padded headgear, connectivity cords and Mentor transformer.

The ophthalmoscope head is fully adjustable and both eyepieces adjust side to side to fit any eye width . All mirrors and optics are present and god.

The cable has 2 small nicks in it, and I repaired them both. Test results testing consisted of powering the scope up and adjusting the light intensity.
