The bottom is a 2003 and has 110 120v power source, top 1999 230v source. Something is definitely wrong with the bottom part.

The two may not go together but I be wrong. The laser top piece powers and call for service ask hand piece, bottom part doesn't power when I check fuses, one is fried switch them around other fuse too.
