There may be other issues that I have not found due to the minimal testing done. I tried plugging in a universal power supply, however they would not up. Please refer to the photos verify what is included as well condition of item.

I am not sure if this was due to an insufficient power supply. Selling as-is. They are in pretty good cosmetic condition with some scuffs, scratches and sticker residue.
