Being sold as is though. It makes the button wobble but does not appear to effect function. The case is blue on the outside and black on the inside. Someone wrote ICC health in black marker.

The unit powers on so I am assuming it works. I don't know much about this but will do my best to answer any questions. Also included is a nice carrying case.

Up for offer is a Keeler pulsair ref 2057. The only issue I see is on the handle near the set and reset button is a break in the plastic.
