The original instruction manual is missing. It is an older item with a date code on the box of 10 94. The battery was sealed in packaging. This kit is model 12451AR.

The box is a little rough from storage over years. I have for sale a Welch Allyn strabismoscope kit. I unwrapped it and charged. It took a charge perfectly and is holding up fine.

It appears to be new-in-box, but I can't sure of that due lack history. The handle has a built in charger as shown photos. This kit came to me as an estate sale item. There are no issues with this item.

Everything is in good cosmetic condition and as designed.
