The chair has an adjustable neck support and back. The practice simply just replaced it though, so is now being surplussed in its current condition. Shipping will obviously be an issue.

The original set was purchased for about it also has a folding foot rest and arms. The seat material is very soft as well being durable. Selling a ophthalmic examination chair as part of lot surplus office supplies for local clinic. The cable mechanism that holds adjusts and back of chair has sheared off.

It swivels about three quarter of the way around and has a mechanism to gradually stop rotation. This chair is made by the Italian company Meccanottica Mazza and was originally part of a set. The chair is in near perfect condition regarding nearly all mechanical devices and upholstery. Those are included in the purchase as well.

An attempt was made at a quick fix some point after it retired by clamping the cable to frame in order secure chair upright position. Obviously the demand for such an item isn't very high so it has been priced to move.

The chair now has no control of seat-back position and therefore is all way reclined or locked in upright. It is propped up in these pictures because when reclined all the way not easily recognizable as a chair. This can be seen in pictures with the wood en block and c-clamps.

One part is broken and could likely be replaced cheaply or repaired.
